Having been disappointed by the service provided by a previous consultant, the clients were seeking the services of a chartered practice that had experience in the local area.

Their previous application had been refused on grounds that the proposals constituted inappropriate development in the Greenbelt. However careful consideration was given to the best way to approach the project, and the final design was submitted under the new Government 'Larger Home Extension' scheme, which allows you to extend much further without requiring a full application.
