As Chartered Architectural Technologists we are ideally placed to offer a full service from inception through to completion on site. Specialising in the detailing, to ensure sustainable design protecting both the environment and your pocket through reduced construction and running costs.
We will meet you on site to discuss your requirements and offer guidance and advice on the planning and building regulation process. We will work through all aspects of the project to find out what you want to achieve, and offer ideas on how we can help you meet and exceed your expectations.
As a CIAT Registered Practice, we carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance , and are committed to ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the practice assuring clients of our quality, design excellence and service.
Fees
Being a small, dynamic practice we are able to keep our overheads low, and aim to keep our fee's competitive. We understand that percentage costs can sometimes offer uncertainty. Therefore, following an initial consultation, we will provide a fixed price fee quote broken down into clearly defined stages. This gives you the choice of how much involvement you require, and provides peace of mind to allow you to work the costs into your budget.
We also offer a 'No win, No Fee' service for more involved projects where the planning policy is uncertain.

Location
Based centrally within Worcestershire, on a day to day basis we cover an area approx 25 mile radius from our offices.
The vast majority of our projects are based in and around the local towns of Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley, Worcester, Tenbury, Bridgenorth, Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Redditch and Hagley - and everywhere in between.
However we do have sites further afield, having previously worked in Leamington Spa, Bishops Stortford and Perranporth to name a few.
